This will be the only time we comment on this unfounded and ridiculous claim."According to the report, police responded to a call from a woman who said she parked outside a Target store on Route 10 and saw the man in the car next to her vehicle, later identified as Winslow, exposing his genitals.EAST HANOVER TOWNSHIP POLICEâ€œAs she stood near the open driver-side window of the Escalade, she observed the males erect penis,â€ the report said. â€œShe stated she believed he was masturbating.â€The woman, whose name is redacted in the report, then notified police.Winslowâ€™s genitals were not exposed when an officer arrived at the parking lot to question him, but the cop said he did observe â€œtwo open containers of Vaseline on his center console.â€ Winslow told the officer that he had pulled into the parking lot to get directions for a Boston Market.The cop also spotted â€œmany empty plastic containers of Funky Monkeyâ€ and â€œplastic bags of Mr. Happyâ€ scattered in the vehicle.â€œHe stated that he smokes the â€˜legalâ€™ synthetic marijuana to help him relax,â€ the police report said. â€œHe said he purchases the items via the Internet and at local gas stations.
