OK! So, our awesome admin, Acid, created this forum for all of us to be able to start talking about everything fitness-related.
So: Where should we start?
I can think of several main topics we can deal with:
* Strength training with free weights (and improvised equipment)
* Strength training with bodyweight/calisthenics
* Training for cardio (swimming, biking, roller skating, running, power walking, walking, hiking)
* Anything else (base jumping, bungie jumping, cliff jumping, parasailing, climbing, bouldering, etc.)
So:
Weigh in on this! This is our chance to make the most of this new subtopic!
