At most you’ll get misdemeanor possession with 1-3 years probation and possible drug court (or whatever they call it in your state).

You may loose any school grants you have though.

Go to court and just stay out of trouble for a few years.

All he being charged for is just public intoxication. Prolly a misdemeanor. Drug charges won’t come up. He will just pay a fine. No jail time needed. Lol.

Oh wow man sorry to hear, sounds like you’re young and they saw it and took advantage of it.  Sounds like your RA told them on the phone they think you’re under the influence of something, especially if they’ve "smelt" stuff before and randomly knock on your door.

If you got money and can get a good lawyer, you will wake away w nothing but if you don’t get one, let it ride and you’ll prob get a year of unsupervised probation IF you’re lucky lol  If not, prob supervised pro and piss tests. If they think you’re using and can’t stick it to ya but can get prob on your ass, best believe they will do random piss tests n male PO will be right next to ya making sure it’s YOUR piss lol 

I have been arrested w disorderly conduct as well and that could be anything really, if you were slurred n not making sense and your "tone" was off while they’re questioning you,etc there you go  DC lol

What grind said, no big boy prison or even jail time, they just want to get u in the system….FINES and PROB  Hopefully you miss probation but if the cops mention they thought you were under influence of something, they will get u on probation for sure. Just hope you can bypass that shit n just pay fines n get slap on rest or even 1 year unsupervised esp if you don’t have a history,etc  Basically that means stay out of trouble for a year and you’re good. You get arrested within that year, gotta talk to judge lol

I remember I had a knock on door once and they came in asking questions on my business, they got wind I was running one out of home years ago but was JUST outside of city limits so I didn’t need a license to run out of home…Anyways, they come in and just kinda start glancing around and find a pipe on my table.  Luckily I JUST threw my tray w buds, pieces, junk in my other room before they came in but talk about flippin. They walked away n left without taking the pipe but said we aren’t going to arrest you for weed, we are here for something else and when all was well they left..

So for them to SEARCH for it IF it wasn’t visible from their viewpoint isn’t good and for them to TAKE it with them isn’t good either…Just hope those cops don’t show up to your court date and it’ll drop! If they do, better hope they don’t bring in more evidence and aren’t DICKS that day cause I’ve been fucked over that way as well. Even had some come looking for me few times n arrest me lol  Last time I walk outside n 10 cops in swat gear come walkin out around my place at night. Fucking pussies who are too scared to fight call cops on me..

Dude, IMO, you should have just went to the hospital.  They probably would have just given you the normal 5 panel and if I’m not mistaken that would have come back clean, correct?

I don’t think the school was tracking my Internet usage. The privacy statement clearly states that my school can’t look st my Internet usage. I don’t think they saw anything really, just he banner and all the smoking smiley faces lol they probably ING saw the word "spiced".

I can’t really be blamed for leaving as soon as my case is over, my parents have to go back home to work. I only have 2 charges though. Neither of them are drug related so I don’t know how everything will play out.

Btw my 5 panel came back showing marijuana because I smoked an eighth on 4/20 lol if only I would have known.
Also, NOBODY here knows that I use spice unless they guessed; I haven’t told anyone.
