Yo i fucking hate the pigs…..every time i have been arrested i was in the back of the car (drunk as fuck usually)…kicking as hard as i could trying to break out the passenger window…i have been put in a single person cell because of being so violent towards them…..FUCK THE COPS

Thanks for all the support guys! Even though it isn’t a major case. I think most of the testing labs are too far behind testing technology to test for the new noids anyways. I’ll keep you all updated, court date is tomorrow morning.

In PA if you get reported as acting weird and if you refuse to cooperate, you can be arrested "for your own good" to be evaluated at a hospital.  In a frightening twist on that, if someone "qualified" summons the police or an ambulance for you because of a mental health issue, if you comply and agree to mental health evaluation you will be held at least overnight or up to a week under psychiatric lockdown–if you refuse to be evaluated, you will likely be involuntarily committed for psychiatric lockdown and evaluation for up to a month!  Either way there is nothing you can do.  The best advice is accept someone is screwing with you and go peacefully, and when you get out sue the asses off everyone concerned.

The issue is even if there is no disorder or ailment found, all of your lawsuits will be from someone who was recently locked up for psych evaluation!  DANGER WILL ROBINSON!  It is a no win.

I have no magical advice for you Dash.  Lay low, relax, get a lawyer.  Everyone else–learn from his experience!

Used to have a stoner friend/neighbor that was able to use "acting weird" as method to have folks leave him alone. He used to do crazy things like drag a 55 gallon drum into his front yard, bang on it, and announce the time to the whole neighborhood. He was right; most people just steered clear of him. He had a major grow in his backyard, lived at the end of a dead end road, and no one ever bothered him cuz they thought he was plain-ass crazy. Guess police and public reaction vary from a big town to a small one lol.

Sue the school. Sue the cops. Sue the RA. You didn’t do anything wrong and your rights were violated by these three perpetrators. At the very least threaten the school and RA with litigation. They will shit their pants and most likely leave you alone. As long as you show yourself to be someone who cannot be taken advantage of, they will not take advantage of you. The only reason all of this is happening is because you are young and they believe you are uninformed about the law. I really think you should sue the RA though. They violated your privacy and had you removed from your home against your will. That’s not okay. Whether the case works out or not. At least threaten them with it so that they will freak out and think about what they did to you just because you were ”acting weird”. What’s next, thought police?

I would have to talk to my court appointed lawyer if they can help me counter sue or something like that. I have a few good reasons:

1. I cooperated. I got up the first time when asked and even put my hands behind my back for them. I did keep telling them that I didn’t do anything wrong but they wouldn’t listen. This is what I get for cooperating:

2. In the past, the cops claimed that they were trying to get me to go to the hospital to make sure that I was ok (ie. run tests to check for health problems). They forced me to go to the hospital for ONE reason: to get a drug test; apparently they didn’t care if I was ok or not. They assumed I was on drugs. Unfortunately, I failed it because I had celebrated 4:20 🙁

3. I had a grand mal seizure on April 9th. All the symptoms match what people were reporting as odd behavior: slurred speech, confusion, sluggish pupillary response, nodding in and out and vomiting. All those incidents could have been small seizures.

4. The cops pushed me out of the room and down the hall in hand cuffs, pajama shorts and sandals in front of 6-10 people from my floor watching. I don’t know if this will be grounds for anything but that was extremely embarrassing. They cops seemed to get pleasure out of handcuffing me.

I’m being charged with "Drunken Disorderly Conduct". They breathalyzed me on scene and I know it came out .000 because I hadn’t been drinking. Figure that out… Wouldn’t they say something like public intoxication or something like that? that’s fucking ridiculous lol. I don’t even think I had used mouth wash that day.
Like I said before, I would have had to pay $400 to get out on bail if those officers that arrested me had their way. Thank god another police officer talked them down to $100….

I have to call on the next court date on the 20th. I talk to my lawyer next Tuesday.

Sucks to hear brotha, keep your head up! All you have right now are bullshit misdemeanor charges, don’t sweat them and certainly don’t run. The minute you run you give them the high ground to fuck you as they see fit. Hell, every college campus ive been on seemed like everyone i met was red eyed and incoherent, maybe find a new school bro. Wishin ya the best ! :weedpass:

Damn… that sucks.  Still, kill the fuckers with positivity and kindness… they hate that.  They want the crazy screaming unreasonable part of us to come out so they can point and say, "See… he’s the problem!" 

When you talk to the lawyer, bring up the past problems with your RA… the seizure… and that you were made a public spectacle.  He’ll probably make the case that the RA has something against you, saw you in a moment of weakness thanks to your health issue, and probably misled the cops.

Keep your head up, Dash.  What a fucked up story!  We have all heard horror stories of RA’s doing stuff like this to college kids with weed and other drugs, so I’m not too surprised.

Is this the same guy who found you after the seizure, if I recall?  Did he smell any smoke or anything coming from your room?

Sounds like a big time prick, same with cops.  I’d prob just keep blending to latenight, or on the DL like others have said.  That’s what I am doing now.  Have had people say I was acting weird, slurred speech, nodding in just like you have Dash so you aren’t the only one buddy. 

God damn cops.  Doubt you will get in much shit for this though.
