So I`m finally ready to start making the apple pie moonshine I mentioned in the last topic in this forum. I tried to buy a bottle of Everclear and learned that you need a permit to buy it here in PA, and on said permit you have to describe how you intend to use it AND YOU CAN`T SAY 'DRINK IT.'I can't even go to a neighboring state because it's completely illegal in OH and only the 151-proof kind is legal in WV. Shit.
