No one wants to see prison sentences for incense. I think it’s great they got reduced. But since when do ppl in this country go to jail for doing something "wrong"???
I did read that they had some kind of financial no-no’s – tax fraud etc also?… Maybe these sentences had as much to do with that but saying it was all for" the children " makes for better reading?…
Also it must be a real kick in the ass to any end user caught in traffic stops etc. faced with ridiculous sentences. I’d be so pissed if i was serving multi year for possession! Wonder if those folks can use this judgement to get parole etc.
