acid has 45 posts is that enuff to give advise. ur are correct about the police. you violated a court order and trespassed. not sure how you are going to beat that. no long term effect from jail or hospital visit.

guess my advice was to get over it and move on. you want to waste all your money and time suing the police and fighting your mom kicking you to the curb. sorry hope it works out for you.

You started this thread and IDK what you expected but most of us have had to claw and scrape our way through life and you need to grow a set and move the fuck on. Have a plan. Write it down and stick to it. Start by taking some advice and see that we are helping you with brutal honesty. This is what you need most. Money cannot by friends.

find your local food stamp office. they helped me not just with food but with what ever else i needed. medical included. everyone is entitled to a free lawyer. there  are many things out there that can give you good free assistance. you just have to find them. library internet is one good choice

It was too much for me to handle on top of everything so I used the last of my money to chill at a bar last night and spent the night somewhere else. I’m in Ithaca, NY at the moment. I went to school here but haven’t been back in over a decade. I’m basically trying to find people from way back when who may still be here, so far without luck.The professor I did research with left Cornell for Berkeley which is unfortunate.
