[#6851]

I was recently evicted, by my mother, illegally, instantly, through a family court ex-parte stay away order of protection from my home of the last 5 years. When arrested 10ish hours later for coming to get my stuff I became ill at the precinct with hyperthermia but was denied water and medical care for hours until I ended up in the ambulance then emergency room. I was in the emergency room for a day and a half barely conscious then spent another 4 days being harassed by the police in a hospital bed.

I can fight this legally eadsiluy but don’t have much money so I’m asking for any donations or loans anyone can manage(I can even give thanks with blendage for some.) Tons of details left out above. Feel free to ask.

Paypal any donations to:    IQ DELETED THIS BECAUSE WE DO NOT DO THIS HERE!!  THANK YOU!!!

Anything would be appreciated right now.

what is your plan if you get say $100-$200 from us? I would like to help you but realistically, you need help from social services or similar organizations. You can’t rent a room for more than a cpl weeks on that money, that doesn’t count for food and transportation costs, and we are all too broke to continue donating on a weekly basis.  I have paid rent for a homeless person once on a forum but he had a plan and found a shelter where the rent was $40 a week, but it was short term housing. Call the salvation army, social services, hell call a army recruiter and tell him you want to join and see how much help he gives you. I have seen these guys bend over backwards to get recruits, including housing and much more.

I just need to survive here until court Friday. Then I have a place to stay with an ex upstate and then I’m sure I could even pay back any donations or loans shortly. So anything yiou can spare at the moment would be lovely. Like I said there’s tons more details, multiple lawyers think the lawsuit v police should be worth $500k+.

Yeah, was just suddenly evicted with legal and hospital bills and no place to stay/no car/sick/no job/depressed/need to move upstate with 3 cats/etc. The details with the police are a bit traumatic…

I became ill at the precinct with hyperthermia

Why did this happen?

Are you sick with some kinda condition?

Are you using any hard drugs?

Does your mother pay rent for you? Is it her house?

Do you have a bill from the emergency room?

I don’t mind helping someway, but don’t want the money going up your nose or in your lungs.

In situations like this only God and yourself can really do anything meaningful. Ask him for an answer and for the strength to help you get through this.

Nice gif.

It was an ex-parte family court no-judge-whatsoever stay away order of protection from my home for 5 years+ served late at night and reenforced early morning the next day. The context is I have been forced repeatedly by my mother and the police to receive treatment for a "suicidal depression caused by drug abuse," which is wrong, even and especially, by the very cpep psychologists they force me to go see on those occasions. The experience is actually quite traumatic, not helpful, and the doctors can tell instantly there when I get to talk to them finally.

I already missed a summons for arraignment on the harassment first/second degree(basis for the order of protection) yesterday and I don’t know if i can get there today when I must return after my arrest for violating the order the morning after it was served to gather my things. The police report included with the summary harassment charge/order of protection is lifted entirely from her statement, even phrasing. The only thing it says I said or did isn’t true but also almost innocuous and it doesn’t mention my father at all, who was there. Harassment entirely based on mother’s statement/questionnaire containing criminal imaginary details about me throwing a knife at her. My father can confirm pretty much all of this in court and will tell them as the only person living with me and mother that the harassment is almost viciously in the other direction and has been for years.

devils advocate here!

you have no job, no money, no insurance, no car, no place of your own, three cats you can not afford to take care, you have major depression when you abuse drugs. your mom tries to get you treatment and get your better and you have simply refused all assistance and blame it all on her for how she treats you. and you want to fight to stay / get back there. sue your mom and the cops when they can show a solid clear pattern of your refusal to accept help and responsibility for your actions. you should have stayed in jail till Friday. 3 hots and a cot and you would not miss court and get in trouble since they would already have you. in the past you have posted like you make have a good bit of smarts.

drop the pussies you cant afford and the drugs and get a job near a bus stop and / or bike it. at some point in everyone’s life, hopefully not often, we have to realize WE ARE THE PROBLEM WE HAVE CREATED

we all care, but you got to move forward, not fight to go backwards. if it is that bad why want to go back there.  your dad will back his wife in court. plus he does not have to testify against her , they are married.

dude put on the big boy pants and time to get a life. moms is done with it.

all spoken in love and peace.

Hardest drug = nbome
Mothers house, I pay rent but no lease
No paper bill yet from the ER. I have court docs.
Theoretically the occasional bout of hyperthermia could be noid related. It’s not bad if you can cool yourself, just i was handcuffed to a metal desk and couldnt leave.
