I am short on fiber after 12 years of eating 100 grams or more fiber a day, now it’s a challenge – I only take caffiene in the morning – about 400-600 mg, to help me get going.
Cheapest I’ve found is NutraBulk so far, just wondering if there was a cheaper price than Amazon….

The best day I found was on Ebay, 2 bottles of 1000 (200mg) Nutrabulk – 2,000 pills for $75 or so.
