OMGGGGG this is the insane this year, I got presents not making it on time when I orders FARRRRRR in advance, whhat a joke
I barely got the one present I ordered online before christmas. I ordered it on the 19th and it just got here on the 24th (given he may not have shipped same day). Also, online sales are up 9% this year. I’d be willing to bet that has something to do with it.

When a less than one year delivery time just won’t do… You can pay extra for the service but I’m sure you can get this level of service on the free plan…

I love USPS. It’s Gotta be tough to keep up with all the stuff being shipped around for the holidays. They do a great job for what they charge. 😀

My priority VIP holiday care packs sailed smoothly 3/4-continent right around the holidays with perfect (as I know them) transit times.
One might surmise that a pronounced gap between "mailboxables" and larger packages may have existed due to palletizing delays and other large volume constraints.
Either way, FHI and USPS made my holiday much more cheerful (if one could even quite use that phrase in association) Christmas.
Now, if I could have just not just burned the fuck down and ran through my stash in 3 days… :whistle:
Everything I had shipped via USPS before the holiday made it on time, albeit perhaps a day later than usual. Just had something ship out on the 28th, 2 day priority, and the current delivery date is the 2nd – LOL. They even decided to ship it about 800-1000 miles in the opposite direction first. Non blend related, btw, so nothing funky about the package. Just a good ole USPS screw up from what I can tell.
Guess USPS doesn’t want UPS and FedEx to feel left out over the holidays. :horns up
