I’ll put it this way… in Florida the hoodie thing never caught on much.  It’s hot as ballz there 90% of the time and rainy 8% of the time… that leaves 2% of the time you’d want to wear that shit in the first place.  Somebody comes in your neighborhood late at night with a hoodie, it’s because they don’t want you to know who they are.

Now the family can say all they want about how wonderful the kid was, and I’m quite sure that’s the public face he presented to them… but if you’ve seen the cell phone stuff… he was a gun toting pot smoking gangsta wannabe.  I went to school with people like that who ended up turning into upstanding members of the community… while the student council president turned into a crazed crackhead.  There’s no telling where the kid was going with his life, and now we’ll never know.

Point is, it isn’t the responsibility of some jackass gung-ho neighborhood watch psychopath to play judge, jury, and executioner.  You see a suspicious person?  You call it in.  You don’t grab your gun and take matters into your own hands.  The minute that person tries to get on your property and steal your shit or endanger your family, that’s when you are allowed to act and even then only in self defense.

Fact of the matter is, no matter what the kid did in the past or what he was into, there was no just cause for Zimmerman to take matters into his own hands.  It was a confrontation he initiated.  Now it’s a choice he’s going to have to live with and pay the consequences for.

I did enjoy this response to the dipshit lawyer… who’s so DESPERATELY trying to make it that Martin was actively targeting Zimmerman.  Shit, the kid just wanted to smoke out and eat some junk food.

Watching some testimony today and it really appears that motherfucker murdered that little boy just cause he was black and in his neighborhood.  How can  there still be racist haters in the year 2013?  If I were on jury that dude would be fucked.

If you ask me, Zimmerman’s head wounds look self inflicted.  The kind of wound you get when you take a sharp rock to your own head.  The angles are completely wrong.  Fuckers are grasping at straws at this point.  The fact his best friend wrote a cash in book and pushed a version of the story that has no evidence to corroborate it is sickening.

Neighborhood Watch captains have only the (self-imposed) responsibility to observe and report; they have no right or responsibility that extends to stalking. Owning a gun and legally carrying it is a very weighty responsibility. I was always taught not to brandish a weapon unless prepared to use it without hesitation, and that means life or death. I don’t carry; some of my worst dreams have been about taking a life, warranted or not.

He will get off because he is innocent.  He was getting his ass beat the whole damn time, ground n pound n head n pound lol  plus the kid was a fucking wanna be thug, racists little shit he was….  If someone was straddling you, bashing your fucking head into the ground over and over and you had a gun handy, what would you do?  I know, I’d blow his fucking face off.

Look up the latest on the trial FSU… you might change your mind.  None of the things Zimmerman said happened have any real evidence behind them.  He said the kid grabbed the gun, no prints no dna.  He said the kid bashed his head on the ground… but there’s only lacerations and no blunt force trauma or bruising to support that either… in fact they were called "superficial" wounds.

If things went down the way Zimmerman said, yeah… he’d be totally in the right.  That’s the problem though… he’s probably getting premeditated murder over this, as it REALLY seems like he set this up ahead of time.  The worst offense is the fact his best friend neighbor spread his version of the story in a book, a story which has been so shot to hell they brought him on the stand to ask what the fuck he was smoking.  His responses were pretty much that he had been told that story twice by Zimmerman, and that he may have misremembered details.

I fully expect this to go the way of OJ tho… legal system doesn’t care if you’re guilty as long as you have the money to get a decent lawyer.

It’s not just him saying he was getting bashed, it was eye witness’ who were nearby watching the incident who backed up his story. 

I looked at the photos of the injuries on the back of his head and I can tell you from experience, that looks legit. I myself have lost my temper a few times in jail and have done the same thing to fellow inmates at least 3 times and they looked similar to that and one was real bad, see to the bone. You can tell the kid wasn’t that strong and he wasn’t putting enough ugh behind his bashings lol 

They looked like bruises and scrapes made by knuckles on the back of his head to me.  that doesnt matter when you take into accou t that he chased the  kid down and was harrassing and probaly scaring the little boy.

Either way, who fucking cares about this bullshit when this shit happens daily in big cities like chi town n detroit. It’s a fucking stupid thing to worry about when our country has been in shit for years and continues to try n  tell other countries what to do. We have bigger things to worry bout than who shot/killed who and what the kardashians are doing this summer lol

I just find the timing suspect.  That law was just put in place and Zimmerman seemed well versed on it from day one.  I would’ve demanded an internet history on his computer.

Yeah, the law pretty much says leathal force is authorised if you feel your life is in danger.  It was so badly written and ripe for abuse that I remember people saying it was only a matter of time till someone put it to the test.  Stand Your Ground.
