Ive never understood why the govt. has any say over marriage to begin with. Marriage for most of human history was defined by whatever religion you prescribed to. Just like the laws against having more than one wife/ husband, what business is it of the govt. if you want to share your life with more than one person? Kudos to the court for finally siding for freedom! :broccoli
