OK so. Let me just get this out there:

IF you do not have an e-pen e-cig vape setup and you want one, respond in this thread saying you want to buy one/respond/get in touch with JMX in a relevant thread because he sells these and ask the person behind JMX to respond to you. Honestly, I’d rather you people purchase from him/them because you get the eGo battery and a clearomizer for a good price (Think months ago it was only $25 have to ask again but is a good price still for the whole setup) and I’m pretty sure he’ll make sure it WORKS before he sends it, and if something happens, I get the feeling JMX will work with you so I say do that. I really should have bought my 2nd eGo-T battery and stuff from JMX now that I Think about it.

Anyway, I have a head shop/vaping shop down the street from me. I went there and bought my first eGo-T and it worked great. Lately, unfortunately, the negative wire ripped off of the battery and I couldn’t fix it (No soldering iron and solder) so the battery was bust. I went down the road and bought another starter kit for $25. I charged it for like 5 hours. It doesn’t work. Worst of all THE FUCKING HEADSHOP DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT I COULD USE TO RETURN IT AAAAND by the time I went back there the shift had changed so the girl who sold it to me wasn’t there. UGH. So I had to use my credit card to charge another one. Hopefully THIS ONE will work after I just bought some snazzy super tasty blueberry peppermint e-juice I can’t use until this evening IF THIS FUCKING eGo BATTERY WORKS.

GOOD NEWS is that I’ve looked over the receipt I got from THIS setup. It’s not itemized too well: It only says "$25.00 @ date/time so I can go back tomorrow and "return" the "Starter kit that won’t work" for "hopefully a new same one that will work" and keep doing that shit until I get another eGo battery that WORKS! You can’t return for $$$ back at this shop, unfortunately. I COULD phone my credit card company and bitch but because I can still return tomorrow with this ‘new’ receipt I won’t do that likely. I vape enough so as long as I can keep trying to return this shitty battery for one that works  will be OK. So long as it WORKS.

JUST SAYING be careful of headshops in your area. They don’t always try to make it super easy to be able to return ANYTHING so be sure you get all the receipts you’ll need if you aren’t buying from an online vendor. If you do go with an online vendor, MAKE SURE YOU CAN RETURN/REPLACE BROKEN SHIT!

There’s a better shop farther away that I haven’t gone to to save gas $, but at least THAT DUDE knows WTF I mean when I drop in his shop and say "I need a 531-thread clearomizer for my battery". The fucking shop down the road, when I told them I needed a 531-thread clearomizer/tank (to put e-juice in/JMX etc) he said "Well everything we sell here fits eGo". I thought to myself, OK cool, I bought the eGo starter kit here so it will work!

FUCK NO IT DID NOT EVEN FIT MY BATTERY AND I COULD NOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE RECEIPT BULLSHIT. I will be going farther out of my way to the dude who fucking knows WTF I’m talking about, even if I have to drive farther away. Never had any troubles with him so far. Only this place.

SO yeah. Be sure if you go to a real headshop you get ALL the receipts you may need to do a replacement/return and to be sure to get it in writing from the people to make sure you won’t get screwed. Unless they write a decent note on the back of your receipt and sign it and date it you may be screwed. I know that most of these head shop places don’t expect people to come back with defective merchandise, but I mean, you SHOULD HAVE A WAY OF MAKING SHIT RIGHT WITH ME if I Buy defective merch. from you. Just my opinion.

I should have double-checked on this shit and I should have made sure I asked for all of the receipts I’d need to help me with this bullshit the first time I tried to buy another starter kit with another battery/charger/etc. I mean, you can’t do jack shit if the battery you buy is defective or some shit, SO BE SURE THAT YOU CAN RETURN/EXCHANGE IT IF IT IS FUCKED UP AND HAVE YO ASS COVERED.

Thanks to the fact that this headshop doesn’t word everything on their receipts well enough and doesn’t even include a SKU/Barcode# I can actually abuse the system (return an item that cost the same $ amount) and do it until I get some shit that works but not all of us may be so lucky.
