toy… do you do the cris cross with a fork dipped in flour? then sprinkle a tiny pinch of sugar on top before baking the cookies?

well the reason why you dip the fork in flour is so when you do the cris cross the fork doesnt stick to the cookie & plus its soaks up a little bit of the greasyness of the cookie. not greasy but yo know what i mean. & the little sprinkle of sugar is always just a little something to make it sweet tasting.
