Good for the sinuses! Notice no added oils or fats used.  Enjoy, this is as good as an Asian restaurant, good over rice, I use brown rice, Costco has these little packs you just microwave and get instant brown rice.

Malaysian Chile Sesame Prawns:
1/4 cup Linghams’s Chili sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 onion chopped
7 red chilis chopped into little bits
1 pound prawns
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 egg
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/8 cup pink  (rose) wine

Mix chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame seeds, set aside.

In a wok or a pan; add wine, garlic, and chilis. When garlic turns
gold, add set aside chili sauce ketchup mix, mix. reduce heat a little,
cook 2 minutes, stirring slowly.

Turn up heat, add shrimp, pushing shrimp down to pan to cook quickly.

Add the chicken broth, cook at reduced heat for 2 minutes.

Add beaten egg, cook 1 more minute or when egg is cooked fully.
