I posted this in the other forum under healthy snacks, but some of you might have missed it. Easy stoner food here:
Ridiculously easy and healthy Oatmeal banana cookies
preheat the oven to 350
ingredients:
packet of instant oatmeal, any flavor
banana, ripe
Peel the banana, then smash the banana in a bowl with a fork. When pretty well crushed, mix in a packet of instant oatmeal. I like apples and cinnamon but my kids liked other flavors.
put a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and drop the mix onto the paper in teaspoon-sized drops–I get 6 cookies to the banana. They wont spread out otr puff up so you can place them pretty close to one another.
bake them until brown-ish and a little dry. !0-15 mins, depends on your oven.
Eat them all–who cares, it is guiltfree–look at the ingredients! You can easily double and triple this. These are actually really good and they couldnt be easier, even when your brain is ripped to high heaven. You can even use plain quick-cooking oats but you might want to add another flavor like cinnamon or something like that if you do, even a little instant hot cocoa mix mixed in worked great. I tried this with applesauce & other fruits and those just didn’t stack up to banana.
These make a really good breakfast item as well. They are best warm so don’t wait around.

I make this once/week. Dont forget the parchment paper or you will find out just how good oatmeal and bananas make glue when baked! It occurs to me you could grease the pan but parchment paper works really well.
All of the quaker flavors work well including the low sugar varieties, and adding a couple mini chocolate chips is good but don’t add too many. As I said, even plain instant oatmeal works but you might want to add a pinch of salt and maybe a little cinnamon or something to the plain.
You can eat the whole batch and not feel guilty a bit.

I would eat the whole batch; but that’s a lot of fiber and I am definitely going to feel something.
