Anyone here use Bitcoins? We will be offering the ability to pay with Bitcoins in the near future and just wanted to see how many of you use it.

School us eb. The whole day to day change in face value, the hijacked coins and all are kinda risky to me. The bitcoin transactions themselves seem anonymous but setting up accounts to buy them certanly is not anonymous by any means. Anytime I ever tried, they wanted copies of my drivers license and other personal info that kill the whole anonimity thing imo.

Be careful accepting bitcoins, EB.

$1000 in bitcoins today can be $0.50 in bitcoins tomorrow. I know it’s an extreme example, but it could happen.

You can earn free bitcoins by clicking the link in my sig, takes awhile to collect them up but hey why not its free. All you need is a bitcoin wallet. I don’t do mining because dont’ want to fry my GPU.

If you want to buy a product with bitcoin but are concerned about price volatility just buy only what you need with cash using BitInstant. You can pay at a local store like CVS or Albertsons and have your bitcoins sent to your email address or your bitcoin wallet address. Only takes a couple of hours.

A couple of hours? Why bother when there are plenty of other vendors i can buy from with my card in a matter of minutes? Its cool that you accept Bitcoin, but just IMO, you may want to diversify and accept Moneypacks or something else if you want to be competitive.

Thanks for the advice, but we have no plans to accept any payment method other than bitcoin. In todays legal environment I consider it too risky to take plastic or moneypaks.
