GNC has every fucking thing pert near — went shopping today herbs buy one get one half off.  Ashwagandha, rhodiola, cats claw, l-tyrosine, some sort of super-magnesium [and some yohimbe for my 4th herb].  Not all potentiators but compliment kratom in some way [xcept yohimbe?].

If you potentiate with tumeric don’t buy it as a supplement gelcapped.  Or at walmart etc.  The bagged spice can be much cheaper.  Indian grocery has cheap cheap spice, for one.  GNC’s gelcaps were $40.

SressTabs at walmart I recently discovered, ran out of my ashwagandha root and this was all walmart has in my area.  It has b vitamins, taurine and a cpl more similar, and an ash extract. Seems to help me fend off quicksand legs etc at work.  but it felt like it interfered with actual aroma the few times i tried it w/kratom, maybe the taurine & its ilk?…maybe me
