METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. A TABLESPOON AND ¾ used
2. Added to 30 ounces approximately of Filtered water
3. Boiled 14 minutes on a light medium boil
4. Added Ice and some sugar not mass amounts
5. Drank down quickly

EXPERIENCE:
ONSET: 20 Minutes to begin feeling it good
ENERGY: Not really there more of a sedating strain
EUPHORIA: 10/10 wow this was like a nice warm blanket something close to this
