Honestly, it’s mostly Politicians on their way out at a last ditch attempt to vilify a boogeyman that doesn’t exist – exposing themselves as ill-informed in the process. Or at the very least proven to be in the pockets of BigPharm, (see Kristen Jacobs, FL)
There isn’t a state yet ready to move on banning shit until the Presidential election is resolved – or at least the candidates clearly defined. Typical wishy-washy political fence-riding.
