I was warned by IT instructors about the use of registry cleaners and have even used one with disastrous results and had to go in manually and fix it. What are your opinions on registry cleaners? A time where it is better to use one than not? Is using a cleaner blindly on ones pc tantamount to attempting self-surgery? Does a registry cleaner really save any time?

i like system mechanic and pc pittstop optimize, but these are my preferences only.
CCleaner is the shit, just make sure to back up the changes (the software will give you this option prior to running) before doing it. :hookah:

I don’t believe in registry cleaners.
