Just popping in to say hello to my new Fam and introduce myself. I'm extremely happy and honored to tell you that after a 30-year engagement, Tibs and I are finally married. It's quite a story. 🙂 A little about the me: I love almost every genre of music, I read a lot, and I study psychology. I am an Empath and very spiritual, I love nature, growing flowers, watching movies, traveling, and I am learning to make jewelry. For the past several years, I've been researching alternative ways to manage chronic pain, as well as the mind/body connection around long-term physical and emotional trauma.
