When Sarah Gossard realized her Shar-Pei was missing she mounted a local neighborhood search. Unfortunately the dog bit a stranger, who phoned the police for help. Once police had safely corralled the dog, one officer took it upon himself to cut the dog’s throat as he was restrained.

Down towards the end of the article it tells how several other police officers eventually got in trouble over this case for lying,  in order to protect the Bad Cop POS who slit this dogs throat. Now tell me how only 1 in 50 cops is Bad, I’d really like to believe that Fucking Lie– The real Truth is its "Us or Them"
That’s the mantra the police use, when they lump 90%+ of Good, honest citizens in with the 10%+ criminals out there. Abolish Police and bring back the unarmed Peace Officer with a whistle, a taser and handcuffs.
