Fuck those bastards. They poisoned our city knowingly for like 20 years…lots of people got sick from pcb’s in shit in the water n soil. Hell i know people who personally got over 20k in lawsuit from it and some with over 200k! But they will end up getting sick one day and die like the rest who got sick from it. =(

GROW YOUR OWN, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING!

most people can’t.  I have a 2 acre plus garden and an orchard, and I still cant grow things like rice, wheat, oats etc.  Plus it is a whole lotta time and energy to put up a year’s worth of food every summer and fall–I’m still canning from stuff I froze in the fall!

In that article, the first reference for ‘Food Democracy Now’ has the Pres. phone# and an email to sign for for Obomba to veto the act. This is really fukked up shit, folks.

It’s not just Monsanto btw, it really means even ma and pa growers cannot be held liable for issues.

Genetic modifications are not really a health or safety issue for foods, per se, but the real issue is accidental damage to the species or the ecosystem via genetic manipulation.  In nature bad genes get evolved out of existence, man can keep bad or harmful genes from being deleted. The fact is we just cannot predict the long term effects of gene manipulation in the long term, especially once these things are placed out into the world–the system is too dynamic, too complicated.
