Although this takes me back to the Rectum–Hell it Killed Him joke, a 50 y/o british man who apparently ran out of ky jelly died after his vibrator became stuck in his rectum. Nigel Willis, who was unemployed & lived with his elderly mother (so no big loss) was rushed to the hospital after it was discovered that the vibrator had been stuck for 5 days
inside the aforementioned rectum (could be a new record)
