A witness says she saw Kellen Winslow Jr. “pleasuring himself” in his Cadillac Escalade shortly before the Jets tight end was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana on Nov. 19, according to a report by East Hanover Township police, a claim Winslow’s spokesperson called "ridiculous."

"Kellen pulled over to a parking lot to smoke what he thought at the time was a legal substance," Denise White, a spokesperson for Winslow, said in a statement released Friday morning. "He changed his clothes in his vehicle as to not smell like smoke when he returned home.

"There was absolutely nothing inappropriate that took place and if there was police would have investigated further and charged Kellen which they did not. This will be the only time we comment on this unfounded and ridiculous claim."

According to the report, police responded to a call from a woman who said she parked outside a Target store on Route 10 and saw the man in the car next to her vehicle, later identified as Winslow, exposing his genitals.

“As she stood near the open driver-side window of the Escalade, she observed the males erect penis,” the report said. “She stated she believed he was masturbating.”

The woman, whose name is redacted in the report, then notified police.

Winslow’s genitals were not exposed when an officer arrived at the parking lot to question him, but the cop said he did observe “two open containers of Vaseline on his center console.”  Winslow told the officer that he had pulled into the parking lot to get directions for a Boston Market.

The cop also spotted “many empty plastic containers of Funky Monkey” and “plastic bags of Mr. Happy” scattered in the vehicle.

“He stated that he smokes the ‘legal’ synthetic marijuana to help him relax,” the police report said. “He said he purchases the items via the Internet and at local gas stations. He added that the NFL does not test for synthetic marijuana.”

Lab tests conducted at the New Jersey State Police lab later revealed that “Mr. Happy” included fubinica, a controlled substance.

Winslow was charged on Dec. 30 with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a third-degree offense that could land him him prison for up to five years.

Winslow pleaded not guilty on Wednesday in Superior Court in Morristown. He does not face any public lewdness charges, at least for now.

Winslow was suspended for four games earlier in the season for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy. Winslow claimed  at the time that the suspension was triggered by an allergy medicine.

A spokesman for the Jets declined comment.

Winslow, who signed a one-year contract with the Jets before the 2013 season, played in 12 of 16 games and caught 31 passes for 388 yards and two touchdowns.
