What the hell does this mean??

Three group have been charged in a case. All of them are in a Pinellas County Jail:

–Jean Bitar, 57 of 3590 Magnolia Ridge Circle, Apt. H., Palm Harbor, from Danny’s Smoke Shop.  He is charged with dual charges of sale or smoothness of a tranquil substance, and dual charges of possession of a tranquil substance. He is being hold on $30,000 bond.

– Tarak Allababidi, 19, 4711 Rowan Road, Apt. 409, New Port Richey, from Super Sonic. He is charged with dual charges of sale or smoothness of a
tranquil substance, and dual charges of possession of a tranquil substance.He is being hold on $24,000 bond.

Smoothness of a tranquil substance???  So now you can be held on a charge that makes no sense in English?  Is this the new way to put peeps in jail, just make up a phrase and say that is illegal?

  Thing is I don’t need cops,
      Like geo zimmerman showed us, we don’t need no stinkin’ popo
I for one hve never trusted someone who has "To serve & protect"
emblazoned upon their vehicle, but even with bulletproof vest & more
armament than anyone needs, they still don’t have the balls to save
innocent children being held by a nut. Not only that but the supreme
court has already ruled numerous times that a popo’s duty to "Serve & Protect"
only applies to The Public, and not a private citizen. I say "Popo- take your clockwork
orange bully BS, Us vs Them, lying bad cop ass & go the fuck elsewhere.  Anyone wonder
why every cop I meet has an "Us vs Them" attitude? I can’t guess why cops are so ready
to lump all criminals in together with honest citizens- Yeah, that’s what Us vs Them stands
for. 
Know why
the popo hafta stick together? It’s the same reason why there is no such thing as a good
cop, not as long as the supposed "good cop" will write his report to mirror his "bad cop"partner’s.
I can & will protect myself, as I am the
only one I can trust when the chips are down.
BTW – Fuck Authority. Anyone badass enough to help ya is also badass enough
to withold that help when You most need it.

I love how the media is playing this up to be the new hard drug.  "Right across from Clearwater High" means a few blocks away.  This statement is to scare parents into thinking these guys were selling it to kids, but I guarantee they were selling to above 18 anyway.  Shit, I couldn’t buy a pack of bidis unless I was 18 from one of those places, because the fucking pigs are ALWAYS scoping them out.  The pigs love putting pressure on those places to close, as they don’t like the fact you can buy liquor there and it isn’t a dedicated liquor store.

These people have no respect for law… they just want to get their names on a big bust.  I guarantee that they had people go in asking for huge amounts just to get them ordering massive bulk orders.

Oh, and what the fuck is wrong with that officer’s hair?  She bald as Captain Picard in the front… lol. 

And I thought Louisiana was bad.  Florida is fuuuuuucked.

Here in TN they did the same shit on a huge scale two years ago. They raided every convenient store and smoke shop in the state that was know to have these products. Now you can’t find it anywhere. It’s some crazy shit if you ask me. Fuck em!
