Back in late 2011 The Red Cross launched a multi-million dollar project for the town of Campeche, Haiti, in a place where the people live in tiny
plywood shacks covered with sheet metal for roofs. While they managed to bring in donations of a half Billion dollars they seem to have forgotten
the building project, perhaps in order to pocket the huge pile of money.
