While All Californians are under strict water restrictions, cbs news cameras were able to find federal govt offices that may be wasting water for hours at a time
(those bastards)And fed govt workers were unhappy when the cbs news reporter tried to get answers. The part I find interesting here happened next, Federal
Govt workers then threatened to confiscate CBS2 cameras!!
