Maurice Neblitt was just settling into bed on Feb 14, 2015 when police executed a ‘no knock’ warrant upon his
residense. Richmond Va. officers were just looking for weed when they kicked in his door. Only problem was
the warrant listed a different address. This did not bother the cops in the least, as they gladly tore apart this
man’s apartment searching for the one item they did bother to read off the search warrant, which was Marijuana.
Unfortunately poor Maurice received the beating of his life when he tried to correct officers, about the incorrect
address. Turned out the only thing police bothered to impound into evidence, was Maurice’s legally registered
handgun, as he had no drugs for the police to steal. He is now suing for 2.3 Million
