Unfortunately sad news for coca lovers out there. The dea was kicked out of Bolivia 7 years ago and after only 3 years the local government has been able to steer farmers who once grew cocaine, into growing other, more valuable crops. The author of this article seems to believe that full legalization of all drugs is the best way to control the blackmarket. Take a look at the comments under the article, one dude is selling weed!
