Really should cheer up some folks!
Valerie Okun, a kali resident was relieved of her prescription medical marijuana by the Yuma popo
back in 2011. When popo found her with the medecine at a border checkpoint the seized it & her
charges were later dropped when she proved to have been legally in possesion and arizonies 2010
law allows reciprocity between patients of other states recognizing medical mj as well. At that time
Valerie requested her meds be returned, but the baggy, which was originally aquired in Cali, proved to
be just too good for the shurf to part with. Fortunately for Valerie the weed was indeed strong and
therefore the shurf was unable to consume all of it. The big win for the day was when the Judge ruled
that the shurf had come by the mary jane illegally & therefore must return the unused portion immediately.
The loser cop actually filed a counter claim, to the effect that marijuana was a prohibited drug and by Federal
Law, should not be returned, but just then everybody in the courtroom was heard to chant, "here come the Judge"
And come he did, the happy news id the Yuma popo looks like a retard & had to quit snarking poor Valerie’s sack.

The latest news shows the AZ Supreme Court has re-affirmed the lower courts ruling & ordered the yuma shurf
to return the patient’s medicine. The shurf has so far refused, as he seems to think he could be busted by the
feds for distribution, if he returns the illegal substance. Maybe ya shoulda thought about that before you illegally took it Shurf :cigar
I understand that scaredy cops are always welcome to resign, or be tarred & feathered & run outta town on a rail….
