I figure this might be nice to have so when I post time to time I can see any progress. Others can join as well!
This is the starting point, I have dumbbells, pull up bar, fat gripzs (increase width of bar making it harder due to extra stabilization ), & neck harness, so this and mostly swimming. Not too bad I think, I’m pretty proud of my forearms tho. Sitting at 6’4 210lbs right now




And what spicer thread would be complete without hair gainz? 😉
