If you have 72 hour’s notice, it seems to me the best advice would be to stop all drug use, stay the course on calories and just up your intake of water.  You want to be super hydrated and well fed so that you are not using your lipid stores which might be contaminated with metabolites, and you wont need any vitamins or supplements if you keep eating.  Don’t worry about dilluting the urine by drinking 8 glasses of water/day–no one really can fault you for having clear pee–that is the healthy color of urine.  Don’t drink more than 10 or so glasses or you risk hurting yourself, especially if you are not used to that much, are not exercising a lot or are not using diuretics.  After the test refrain from any drugs until you know for sure you are not going to be tested again because if you get a positive, you will be tested again!  Coffee and tea contain caffiene which is a diuretic–factor that in.

The best advice if you are subject to drug testing for your job is to not use drugs that will be detected by testing.  If you do test positive, always, ALWAYS deny and demand another test.  The longer you go after the first test the less chance you will test positive–time is working for you on this.  Just dont do any drugs after your first test or you will be back to square one.

By the way, second hand smoke and handling used drug paraphernalia can make you test positive for drugs, in urine, saliva, blood and hair testing.  Words to the wise.

Some testing companies and labs, like the ones used by the armed forces, will fail you for having large amounts of creatine in your sample. If possible, list creatine use for weightlifting on any paperwork prior to testing to avoid having to redo the test or being failed. :beers:
