John Cokos recently settled a lawsuit against Glouchester county’s stupidest cop after he was arrested for drug possession back in 2011 for having some
crackers in his possession. He was originally stopped when popo observed him walking down the sidewalk while carrying a camera. Popo did a ‘stop & frisk’
and discovered a wadded-up package of saltine crackers with some crumbs still inside the package and immediately charged the innocent man with possession
of crack rocks, because some cops are barely smart enough to do much beyond shooting innocent, unarmed folks in the Back. It has taken this man over
4 years just to straighten out what should have been a very simple case, due to cops being dangerously stupid while in public. linky below:
