I had an order coming from FHI last week that I will probably never see.  Tracking had it at my local post office, and "out for delivery."  It never came and now the tracking says "delivery status not updated."  I wrote FHI about it, waiting to see what happens.

We have a new mail lady, only been driving this route for 2 months or so.  It’s probably still in the truck somewhere.  Who knows, maybe it will show up or maybe FHI will make good on it even though it’s not their fault.  Until then I’m blendless, I don’t get paid for another 2 weeks. 

This is a first for me losing anything in the mail, and it happens to be blends! I just hope it’s lost and not something else.

Just wanted to share my frustration with this.  Anyone have a similar experience?  Did your vendor make up for a missing package even though it wasn’t their fault?
