so I was eating cheez- its and I noticed
on the food label it says
"Contains a Bio Engineered food ingredient."
So i thought SHIT!! What ?
So then i looked at cereal, bread, croutons
They all contain a bio engineered food ingredient
I am now going to make my own bread,
ditch the cereal, The Cheez its etc
watch the labels.
Note: many reports of people getting sick
on lucky charms
