Comcast triple play was nice but they downgraded me to an x1 DVR unit, it’s been a constant source hassles, tried swapping unit3 times, unpulugged it 20 times, chatted and talked to then,
they even came out once and replaced an amplifier – Nothing has helped – when you watched a recording, to restart he sound again, you must restart the recording again to hear the sound – X1 SUCKS
