What I don’t get is how it’s such an issue. At the time it wasn’t a substance they tested for, so technically he did no wrong. The French however, have always had an issue with an American winning their prissy fucking race. Didn’t I read that they’d have to give it to the 35th place guy if they eliminated all the racers "guilty" of this shit? Sounds like a pretty fair race to me.
Now give Lance some blends and a box of donuts at the finish line, and he’d get first all over again… lol.
