Just have to say after the Royals not in the playoffs in 29 years – My fault, I moved away 30 years ago. 29 years ago they won the WS on a crazy series with The Cardinals. It was dubbed the I-70 WS. Best time of my childhood. We were usually division champions but those damn yankees kept knocking us out. ( Like 1996-97-98 3 in a row and grr.. Hate Reggie Jackson.

I do not remember much about the Superbowl the Chiefs were in. I was young and my mom worked for them but she did not get tickets.

As a kid I mainly remember the yelling and screaming.

Just wanted to relive with the Chiefs looking good tonight and the Royals wildcard today.

Both never been to the Championship in the same year!
