Black pekoe tea with lemon cold, but only if I don’t have a hot cup of Columbian in my hand. That amounts to almost never.

Cheap generic black tea with ice and a shit load of lemon juice, almost Arnold Palmer levels of lemon. I hate ice tea without lemon. Sometimes I add peach juice if I’m feelin’ fancy.

Lower temperature extraction (sun tea) yields less tannins and less alkaloids which make tea bitter.  FWIW.

If one were to conduct a CO2 supercritical fluid extraction of the alkaloids and organic acids first, any tea would taste more mild.  When I have tea, however, Im going for all of the floral, fruity, earthy, smoky, spicy subnotes as well as the flavors and aromas from stopped fermentation and varietal subtlties.  Seriously, if you havent tried some of the estate teas and you like hot tea, you owe it to yourself to try some of the "good stuff" some time.  I like Adagio teas www.adagio.com and there are a couple other places to get really snobby tea.

Oh, sorry.  Mix it 50:50 with Luzianne and make reddish sun tea.

Tib–you don’t need to ever order tea again.  I will cover your tea needs little bro.
