make two hamburger patties nice and thin i get them about a 1/4 inch thick
put you favorite cheese between the two i use sharp cheddar and compress
wrap a slice of bacon around the outside circular edge to help hold in cheese
can be grilled fried or baked

when ever we go to NC I always stop by there..

The trick to being a good stalker is always having weed.
