Some powerful visuals in that one. Kinda reminds me of the space scenes in Iron Sky (only without the uber-moon-nazis).
Iron Sky is the bomb… if you haven’t seen it yet guys, it’s right up your alley. Very much a skewering of our political system, wrapped in an egg roll with moon Nazis, massive space battles, the fucking TARDIS hidden in the background at one point, and a brilliant ending. They’re making a sequel.

Why would Brad Pitt be doing a zombie movie?
Well, technically that started as Max Brooks brilliant novel… so the initial hook was that it’d be more literate. The book is a bunch of survival stories after the zombie apocalypse. This take on it is in its 5th revision after test audienes hated it with a passion. From what I hear its decent, but the goofy fast moving zombie swarm is ridiculous.

Must be a good story with a nice script. Heard the novel is awesome. Pitt wouldn’t choose a shitty zombie film imo.
Elysium looks very good as well, looks like Halo to me?
Pacific Rim looks cool, might be better than Transformers.
