Method of preparation:
1) 13.82 Grams Crushed leaf further crushed in my hands. Weighed on my scale new batteries scale working.
2) Placed 3 cups of filtered water in a pan
3) Lightly to medium boiled for 22 minutes exactly
4) After boil done, Place Ice, 2.1 Tablespoon of Sugar & 1 Full cap Of Real Lemon Juice brand
5) Mixed and drank within 5 minutes!
Experience in Twenty-minute increments:
20 minutes now: A very strong ease of mind kicking in fast. Mood lift is here and very dominant feeling.
40 minutes now: Pain in arms and muscles subsiding rather fast. This is helping a lot with ongoing pain wow!
Note: This reminds me of Kratom sort of. But it does have a medium to strong body thing going on.
60 minutes: Relaxation is strong, Mood lift is very strong and pain relief is close to Kratom Crushed Leaf or Kratom High Quality powder.

Very much you could use maybe like 10 grams. This is no placebo! This is a very unique and strong PAIN RELIEF experience.
