My made up Kava Prep method:

Items I used to make the Kava

• Large Cheesecloth cut into 2 equal size pieces
• 1-2 ounces of this type of Kava
• Large bowl – not anything special, but a large salad type bowl
• A good pour of : Organic Raw Blue Agave – Low Glycemic sweetner
• Filtered water
• One of those Plastic medium sized shaker bottles with the metal ball in it

PREP METHOD:

• I added the Kava Kava and the filtered water and poured it into the shaker bottle
• Then I poured in the Organic Blue agave
• Then I shook it a few times over a period of about 20 minues and let it soak
• Then I placed the first piece of Cheese Cloth over the bowl and poured the mix into the bowl
• Then I started again and repeated steps 1-4 with about the same amount of Kava and AGAVE

Now I have a good amount of Kava and AGAVE in the bowl, then I let this sit another 20 minutes
added it back to 3 shaker bottles,

drank them all within 60 minutes. Felt Fantastic, and The taste was mild, not sweet , not Kava tasting to much and not overpowering!

I know this is not the way many do this, I was bored, and I thought I might as well make it this way!
