The 3rd court of appeals just ruled that the police cannot use gps locators without first obtaining a warrant
a very important decision that will strengthen the 4th amendment which is good news for citizens

that is good news…but it is pretty easy for them to get warrants. behind every corrupt cop is a corrupt judge or DA..
this will be less of a deterrent and more of a speed bump.
