Last month a man named Joe "Liberty Carrots" went to the Manchester airport to express & affirm his 1st & 2nd Amendment rights. You can hear Joe asserting his 1st amendment rights to a man who believes he needs to get a permit before he can talk with airport travelers or offer them literature. "If you’re gonna deny me my constitutional rights, I think we should at least be able to have a conversation about it and explain yourself. If I had a right to do something, would I need to ask permission to do that? It doesn’t really make sense, does it? Like it doesn’t really sound like if you hafta ask permission then that’s a right. What do you think comes first: The Constitution or airport policy?"
Good questions to be sure
