Steven Ficano, 65 was arrested for having 68 pot plants, 24lbs of finished weed, a scale, $51K in ready cash and a butt-load of guns. In the end though
even though prosecuters treated him like a criminal, his jury found his claims of having grown weed simply to help his ‘back problem’ to be true! They refused to
find him guilty, no word on if the state was reminded to return his property
