Turns out the body cameras can’t always catch criminal policemen while they commit crimes against the folks in their custody, not when they can simply turn off their cameras, anyhow. Attorney Mitch Garrett says "this is the first time we have seen anything like this" speaking about the policeman telling his partner to "turn it off" referring to the body cameras they all wear, before cruelly stomping upon the hancuffed man’s neck.
