In an unparalleled act of heroism this week, a South China cop sacrificed himself to save a suicidal mans life. On thursday Nankang police received a call about a man who was
preparing to jump from a 4- story building. As police and firefighters were trying to talk the man down, he suddenly jumped. As the man was plummeting toward the ground,
police officer Liang Xiao ran forward trying to catch him & cushion his fall. The falling man struck Officer Liang heavily, crushing him to the ground. Both men were rushed to
the hospital and both are in good condition.
